Books for Christmas

Does your family have a books-for-Christmas tradition? All my life I got a book for Christmas--until I became an author, that is. I don't know why, but my husband stopped giving me one at some point. Sad. And my boys, despite my best efforts, never became the avid readers I wanted them to be. Occasionally I give them a book, but it's super hit-and-miss. I do miss opening a book for myself, though.
